24-Hour Maintenance and Repair
It’s the middle of the night, and you suddenly receive notification of an automatic shut-down at one of your field sites or facilities. You’re unsure why. It could be a minor glitch, a worn-out part or a serious breakdown. Whatever it is, your production is shut-in.
When you need to make that 3 a.m. phone call, we’ll answer every time. Every GlobalFlow location has an expert technician on continuous call during non-business hours.
We’ll immediately head out to your site – anywhere across Western Canada – troubleshoot the problem, make repairs, get your production up again in the shortest possible time, and enable you to restore cash flow from the affected field. That’s what our 24-hour on-call service is for.
Our 24-hour service has the same fully tooled and stocked service trucks and comprehensive capabilities as our regular service teams, covering anything electrical, instrumentation or controls-related, including measurement equipment and SCADA systems. Above all, emergency call-outs are about the skill level of the technician, and we assign some of our most talented and experienced technicians to this critical role.
This service can be accessed by telephoning the GlobalFlow location nearest your field site. GlobalFlow’s locations are situated in “oil country”, including within or adjoining some of Western Canada’s most active unconventional plays – like the Cardium, Bakken, Lower Shaunavon, Deep Basin, Montney and Duvernay.
Complete lifecycle support for upstream well sites and facilities, including scheduled and preventative maintenance, is also part of our service offering. Please click here to learn more.
