Achieving consistently high quality, meeting the customer’s required time-frame, remaining price-competitive and always operating safely are the four main drivers of the Process Equipment team. We are a closely-knit group of journeyman and apprentice welders, “B” pressure welders, pipefitters, drafts-people, technologists and managers, including specialists in quality and safety, and we operate out of a modern, purpose-built facility. We are backed by an array of certifications and we benefit from the value-adding capabilities of GlobalFlow’s Controls and Automation business units, with electricians and instrument technicians stationed at our fabrication facility.
Being a custom fabricator means designing and manufacturing just about anything our customers require in the area of upstream oil and natural gas process equipment, for use across Western Canada and in selected international markets. Common products include test separator packages of all configurations – water from oil, water from gas, liquids from gas – with single- or multi-well inlets, as well as free-water knockouts, line heaters and pressure vessels rated to virtually any pressure.
We provide turn-key packages of various sizes for end-users – the producer – as well as components of larger facilities being built by EPC or other contractors. Equipment packages are typically skid-mounted for convenience and flexibility in the producer’s field application, and can be configured for temporary or permanent installation. We have crane capacity of 20 tonnes and can jack-and-roll larger packages when required.
GlobalFlow’s process equipment is frequently provided as part of a larger integrated service package. GlobalFlow’s Controls team provides complete control, instrumentation and electrical systems, or any parts thereof. Our Automation team provides automation of meters and controls, including complete SCADA packages.
